Pilates+ (Tuesday 11am)
Pilates plus meditation and/or breathing practice. This class will emphasize honouring your body where it is at today. Offering variations and "bus stops" so you can be challenged at your level. You will get a workout that increases strength while reducing stress.
In this class you will get a workout that increases core strength and improves posture, whilst increasing flexibility, balance and reducing stiffness. Learn breathing techniques and meditation practices to create ease in your everyday life.
