This class can help relax the body, reduce stress, heal, & restore inner and outer balance.designed for students who have taken at least 1 beginner/all levels pilates session. The Burn is real! The laughs are loud! This challenging practice will provide you with a mind-body workout that will strengthen your core and help you with stability & balance.
Learn the foundations of this mind-body practice. Each class focuses on breath, strength, alignment & flexibility, using slow, controlled movements. Work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on engagement of the core muscles with each movement.
