Emily McLean

Emily stumbled upon yoga 12 years ago after a running injury left her unable to engage in high impact sports. She quickly discovered the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga and was hooked!

Emily has a strong desire to bring not only physical benefits but mental, emotional and spiritual benefits into her classes so that her students can feel growth in all areas of their life. Emily works as a psychotherapist by profession and understands that true wellness is an interplay of all areas of our life. She teaches breath work for mental clarity and relaxation and weaves in the wisdom from the teachings of yoga's history. If you are ready for all over fitness come to one of her classes!
